摘要
目的：评价中药白芨作为栓塞剂对骨骼系统肿瘤治疗的临床疗效。材料与方法：６例患者分别患有骨母细胞肉瘤、软骨母细胞肉瘤、纤维肉瘤并骨转移、肺癌耻骨转移、脊索瘤及纤维异常增殖症。行动脉选择性造影后经病变供血动脉注入白芨颗粒达到完全栓塞，再采用平片、血管造影及手术后病理分析评价疗效。结果：①３例恶性骨肿瘤栓塞后使原有剧痛症状明显减轻；②２例恶性骨肿瘤栓塞后１个月显示病灶内明显钙化；③５例手术后病理显示病灶内大片坏死改变；④血管造影显示栓塞后１个月滋养动脉再生不明显；⑤纤维肉瘤患者首次手术因出血量大，难以止血未能切除，栓塞后再手术出血少，手术顺利。结论：中药白芨作为栓塞剂对骨肿瘤进行姑息治疗和术前栓塞是积极有效的方法。
To evaluate the traditional chinese medicinal agent Bletilla Striata used as arterial embolizing agent for treatment of bony neoplasma.Materials and methods:6 patients with osteoblastoma,chondroblastoma,fibrosarcoma with bony metastasis,bronchial carcinoma with pelvic metastasis,chordoma,and fibrous dysplasia respectively were treated by arterial embolization using Bletilla Striata. The follow-up controll was made by angiography,clinical examination,X-ray film and pathological study after operation. Results:Serious pain was reduced significantly in 3 patients;Calcification was noted in the lesions in 2 cases;Pathological examination showed large area of necroses in tumor after embolization;Angiograms showed obliteration of supplying vessels in the tumor in 1 month.The patient with fibrosarcoma,who had been operated on before embolization but it was failed because of incontrallable bleeding,has been operated successfully after embolization. Conclusion:Embolization using Bletilla Striata is an active and significant palliative treatment for bone tumors,and also for patients who are candidats for surgical operation.
