摘要
车险公估业在中国具有广泛的发展前景。首先论述了车险公估业现状,分析了车险公估业人才引进中存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了车险公估业人才引进和培养的对策。
A new career, the assessment of auto insurance has just started to emerge and develop in China, but it is promising. The current situation of assessments of auto insurance is expounded. The problems in the recruiting system of assessors are analyzed. Moreover, some suggestions are put forward for the recruiting and nurturing system of auto insurance assessors.
