摘要
四十年前,shannon和Weaver出版了他们著名的信息论奠基性著作“通信的数学理论”。本文简述了shannon对信息论的杰出贡献,总结和回顾了通信系统的优化理论特别是Shannon的编码定理和密码定理,讨论了通信系统优化理论的拓广和对信息论的展望。
Shannon and Weaver published their famous book 'The Mathematical Theory of Communication' 40 years ago, which laid a foundation for information theory. This paper intends to mark the founding of the theory and consists of the following parts: A brief description of Shannon's best contributions to information theory; a summary of optimization theory of communication system, especially the coding theorems and cryptography theorems all by Shannon; a generalization of the optimization theory of communication system and a perspective for information theory.
