摘要
采用均匀设计安排各结构特征对指尖密封迟滞和磨损性能影响的有限元仿真试验方案,通过有限元计算获得了结构特征参数和指尖密封迟滞率及接触压力等指尖密封性能的关系,运用灰关联熵技术分析了各结构特征对迟滞和磨损性能影响的主次关系和影响程度。结果表明:从本文给出的较宽的结构参数范围来看,轴向厚度组合情况对迟滞率的影响较大,型线类型对迟滞率的影响较小;指尖个数对接触压力的影响较大,型线类型对接触压力的影响较小。算例的计算结果证明了本文分析方法的正确性。
Simulation experiment scheme was arranged to study the eftect ot structural characters on the laysteresls and abrasion of the finger seal by uniform-design. By the calculation of FEM method in software ANSYS, the relation between structural parameters and finger seal performances including hysteresis rate and contact pressure was obtained. The primary and secondary factors of structural characters that effect the hysteresis and abrasion were analyzed by grey relation mtropy method. The results show that in the scope of the structural parameters considered in this paper, the effect of arrangement of axial dimension on the hysteresis rate is biggest, and the effect of shape-curve of finger seal on the hysteresis rate is least. The effect of number of finger seals on contact pressure is biggest, and the effect of shape-curve of finger seal on the contact pressure is least. The result of the example proves that the analytical method is correct.
