摘要
2001年国华盘山发电有限公司锅炉空气预热器大轴断裂,改造后中心筒成了传动的核心受力部件。改造中虽经加固,但由于施工条件限制,效果仍不理想。运行1年后中心筒及隔板均发生裂纹。为了根除安全隐患,该文论述了对РВЛ-9.8型空预器彻底改造的必要性。
In 2001,the spindle of the air preheater of a boiler of Guohua Panshan Power Generation Co. Ltd. had cracked. After transformation ,central pot became the main weighted part of driving system. Even though the strengthening of the structure had been done in the process of transformation, still the result of the transformation was not satisfactory. After running about one year ,the cracks had occured on both central pot and partition plate. To elliminatc the hidden danger, this paper discusses the necessity of thorough transformation of PBЛ-9.8 type air preheater.
