摘要
目的探讨参脉注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效。方法98例患者随机分成治疗组(52例)、对照组(46例)。对照组采用常规治疗。治疗组在其基础上加用参脉注射液静脉滴注,15天为一疗程。结果用药前两组患者肺功能、临床症状、血气指标、生活质量指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后各项指标都有不同程度改善,治疗后两组相比在肺功能上有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论参脉注射液可缓解COPD患者的临床症状,改善肺功能,改善血气指标,提高COPD患者的生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the Clinical therapeutic effect of Shengmai injection on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods Ninety-eight patients with COPD were divided into control group （52 cases） and treatment group （46 cases） at random. The change of pulmonary function,clinical symptom,arterial blood gas and life quality were measured separately before the treatment and after the treatment of 15th days. The conventional treatment was all performed in control group and treatment group but Shengmai injection was used only in treatment group for 15 days. Results There were no remarkable difference of pulmonary function ,clinical symptom,arterial blood gas and life quality in two groups before treatment and also no significant improvement between pretherapy and post-treatment in the control group （P 〉 0. 05 ）. There were remarkable improvement on of pulmonary function, clinical symptom, arterial blood gas and life quality in the treatment group after treatment （P 〈 0. 01 ）, and there was also significantly statistical difference of the pulmonary function after treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Shengmai injection can relieve clinical symptom of patients with COPD, and improve the pulmonary function and arterial blood gas, so enhance the life quality of patients with COPD.
