流化床煤燃烧N_2O,SO_x及NO_x的消减 被引量:5

Reduction of N 2O/SO x /NO x during Coal Combustion in Fluidized Beds

摘要 在一台循环流化床实验台上,研究了石灰石脱硫过程中N_2O/SO_x/NO_x浓度的变化,并在空床上进行了再燃烧法脱除N2O的实验,结果表明,石灰石脱硫会使NOx少量增加,再燃烧法可以在不增加NOx的同时使N_2O大大降低;再燃燃料的挥发分含量越高,N2O的消减率越高;气体停留时间越长,N2O的分解率越高; The variation of N 2O/SO x /NO x concentration during desulphurization by limestone was investigated on a bench scale circulating fluidized bed combustor. An experiment on N 2O reduction with the afterburning method was also carried out in an empty bed. The results show that desulfurization with limestone led to a little increase of NO x . Afterburning could greatly reduce N 2O emission without increasing NO x . The higher the volatile matter content of the afterburning fuel is and the longer the residence time of the flue gas is, the higher the N 2O reduction will be. It is recommendable to use as much as possible coal of low nitrogen content and of smaller particle diameter, easy to ignite and burn up as is the afterburning fuel. It has been found that oxygen has a significant influence on N 2O reduction with the afterburning method. It is advisable to adopt combustion in the lowest possible amount of oxygen.
