摘要
分析了我国以标底为核心的招投标模式存在的问题,对工程量清单计价模式下实行无标底招标的可行性进行了分析,并对实行无标底招标可能出现的问题及其防范措施进行了论述,指出无标底招标是我国未来招投标的发展趋势。
In view of the problems existed in biding .with pre-tender in our country unfixed cost bidding under engineering bill pricing mode is introduced. In this paper practicability to carry out unfixed cost bidding is analyzed. According to the problems maybe encountered corresponding countermeasures are proposed. In the end author points out that this kind of bidding mode is future development trend of China.
