摘要
采用冰冻切片对芍药花芽形态分化进行观察研究,结果表明芍药花芽的形态分化分为5个时期:苞片原基期→花萼原基期→花瓣原基期→雄蕊原基期→雌蕊原基期。在扬州地区,芍药花芽的形态分化期:9月上中旬为苞片原基分化期,9月下旬至10月中旬是花萼原基分化期,10月下旬至翌年1月下旬为花瓣原基分化期,2月上旬为雄蕊原基分化期、雌蕊原基分化期。
The authors observed the process of flora bud differentiation of Paeonia lactiflora systematically and carefully. With the observation of freezesectioning： the differentiation of bract primordium was in September, and the differentiation of calyx primordium was from the last ten days of Septembeer to October, then the differentiation of petal primordium lasted till next January and the differentiation of stamen and pistil primordium was started.
