摘要
针对《中华人民共和国招标投标法》的个别条款,提出其存在值得商榷的地方,并提出相关的建议,为国家有关部门制定这方面的制度提出参考意见,以使我国的招标投标法规体系更加完善。
In light of several clauses in the bidding law of People＇s Republic of China, this paper proposes the places needed to be discussed, and puts forward relevant suggestions to offer referential ideas for setting institution in the aspect of bidding by relevant state departments, in order to perfect bidding code system in our country.
