摘要
动态矩阵控制(DMC)算法是一种基于对象阶跃响应的预测控制算法,它适用于渐进稳定的线性对象,但许多工业实际对象很难满足这一要求.文中探讨了把DMC与PID结合的实现方法,可有效地拓宽该算法的适用范围.由于实际对象与理论模型的差异,将动态矩阵控制这一先进的控制方法应用于实际时必然会出现一些问题,文中探讨了这些问题的成因及其解决办法.
Dynamic Matrix Control (DMC) Algorithm is a prediction control algorithm based on the objects Step Response. It is suitable for a linear gradually stable object. But many industrial practical objects cannot satisfy this requirment. The method of realizing the combination of the two ways of DMC and PID was approached. This method can enlarge the application scope of DMC Algorithm. Some problems will arise certainly when we put this advanced control method into practice because of the difference between the theoretical model and the practical object. The cause and the way of solving these problems were also discussed.
