摘要
为探讨几何参数对可倾瓦动压止推气体轴承承载能力的影响,在自行设计的止推轴承实验台上进行了大量的实验研究,得出了一些几何参数取值的最佳范围.应用有限元法对平面扇形可倾瓦及曲面扇形可倾瓦进行了理论计算,并将计算结果与实验数据进行了对比,得出了曲面瓦优于平面瓦等一些有益的结论.
A great many experiments on tilting pad thrust gas bearings have been done to discuss the effects of geometry parameters on the load capacity of the bearings, and the optimum range of these parameters was obtained. The finite element method was adopted to calculate the load capacity of both flat sector tilting pad thrust gas bearings and convex ones, and the theoretical results were compared with the experimental ones, then some useful conclusions such as convex pad prior to flat pad were achieved.
