摘要
中华医学会外科学分会结直肠肛门外科学组、中华中医药学会肛肠分会、中国抗癌协会大肠癌专业委员会和中国中西医结合学会大肠肛门病专业委员会联合举办的“2006中国结直肠肛门外科学术会议”于2006年11月9—12日在广东省珠海市召开。本次会议是在中华医学会外科学分会的直接领导和关怀下召开的，来自包括港、澳、台在内的全国33个省、市、自治区及特别行政区的近1000名代表参加了会议。专为大会制作的、震撼心灵的主题短片“关爱生命”拉开了大会的序幕；中华医学会外科学分会结直肠肛门外科学组组长汪建平教授致开幕词：卫生部副部长黄洁夫做了团结奋进、共创辉煌的重要讲话；中华医学会外科学分会主任委员赵玉沛教授向这次大会发来了热情洋溢的贺信。本次大会同时也得到了广东省政府、中山大学和珠海市政府的高度重视，广东省雷于蓝副省长、中山大学郑德涛书记、珠海市邓群芳副市长亲临会议并为大会致词。
The 2006 Chinese Conference on colorectal and anal surgery was held in Zhuhai,Guangdong on November 9-12,2006. Nearly 1200 colorectal and anal surgery experts from mainland and 11 experts from America, France, Australia, Japan, Singapore Hongkong and Taiwan attended the meeting and 43 experts delivered speeches. The meeting highlighted the experience in colorectal practice from China, Europe, America, Australia and Singapore. On malignant diseases of colorectal and anal surgery, The early screening and sphincter saving resection of colorectal cancer were the focus of discussing. The experiences of laparoseopic surgery for colorectal cancer from several hospitals attracted lots of attention in the video section. On benign diseases of colorectal and anal surgery, multiple clinical study on the surgical treatment of Crohn＇s disease was introduced.The diagnosis methods of chronic constipation was another high point of discussing.
