摘要
慢性肾脏病是临床常见、疑难疾病,其发病率正呈逐年上升趋势。本病的中医发病机制复杂。孙伟教授认为本病虚实夹杂,临证要细审病机,联合多法,多种药物同用,方可达到邪去正安,改善疾病预后的目的。
Chronic Kidney Disease（CKD） is clinically common and refractory disease,its morbidity is increasing year by year. The TCM pathogenesis of CKD is complicated. Professor SUN Wei comments that the disease bears both characteristics of deficiency and excess syndromes,therefore,overall analysis of the illness and the patient＇s condition with prudence, combining several therapies with multiple medicinal herbs,can the objectives of removing evils, recovering healthy state, and improving the prognosis be achieved.
