摘要
目的 了解合肥市公共场所空气细菌污染及空气细菌物种组成情况。方法 采用自然沉降法于2004~2006年对合肥市95个采样点进行空气细菌总数监测,共采集样品1180份。结果 三个年度空气细菌总数合格率分别为72%、76%和79%,差别无显著性(x^2=4.31,P〉O.05);各类公共场所空气细菌总数合格率不同,城市公园达97%,乒乓球馆只有4%,差别有高度显著性(x^2=438.71,P〈0.01);对不同公共场所的空气细菌进行了初步鉴定,优势细菌属为微球菌属、芽孢杆菌属、假单胞菌属和葡萄球菌属,分别占32.0%、19.2%、15.4%、11.6%。结论合肥市个别公共场所空气细菌污染较重,污染状况受场所、人员活动等多种因素的影响。
Objective To investigate the air pollution of bacteria and the community structure of airborne bacteria in public plases in the Hefei city. Methods Airborne bacteria were sampled by fallen plate method at 95 collection sites from 2004 - 2006 in the Hefei city, and 1 180 sam- pies were collected. Results The total colonies qualified rate from the layer from 2004 to 2006 were 72 % ,76 % and 79 % respectively. The differences between different years were no signifieant( x^2 = 4.31, P 〉0.05). The total colonies qualified rate were 97% for urban parks and 4 % for table tennis rooms. The differences between different years and places were signifieant( x^2 = 438.71, P 〈 0.01 ). The preliminary identification on the bacteria at different sampling sites and the results show that the dominant bacteria mainly are Micrococcus,Bacillus,Pseudomonas and Staphylococcus,and the average percentage of the total amount of the bacteria was 32.0 %, 19.2 %, 15.4 % and 11.6 % respectively. Coneinsions The air pollution of bacteria was much heavier in public places of Hefei. The air pollution of bacteria in the Hefei city is different in places,human activities etc.
