摘要
目的 研究肥胖与非肥胖、高血压与非高血压人群膳食结构的特点。方法 利用“中国健康与营养调查”研究项目中山东省的相关资料,选取2000年调查中18-65岁成人作为研究对象。用主成分分析的方法从整体上分析肥胖与非肥胖、高血压与非高血压人群膳食结构。用SAS软件整理分析数据资料。结果 肥胖与非肥胖人群的膳食模式不同,高血压与非高血压人群的膳食模式不同;而肥胖人群和高血压人群的膳食结构基本相同。
Objective To study the Characters of dietary structure between the obese people and non-obese people, between the high-blood pressure people and non-high-blood pressure people. Methods Making use of Shandong Province' s data on China Health And Nutrition Sur- vey and choosing 18Y--65Y adults as study people of 2000 year's survey. The principal analysis method was applied to analysize dietary structure between the obese people and non-obese people, between the high-blood pressure people and non-high-blood pressure people. The SAS soft ware was used. Results There are differences between the obese people and non-obese people' s dietary structure. There are also differences between the high-blood pressure people and non-high blood pressure people's dietary structure. But the dietary structure is almost the same between the obese people and high-blood pressure people.
