5种植物粗提液对淡色库蚊的驱避效果 被引量:11

摘要 目的了解不同植物对淡色库蚊雌蚊的驱避效果。方法将5种植物粉碎后用无水乙醇浸提,然后用“Y”形嗅觉仪测定其对淡色库蚊雌蚊的驱避效果。结果20%的薄荷及20%的石菖蒲粗提液对淡色库蚊雌蚊的驱避率分别为91.5%和86.1%;2%的薄荷、2%的石菖蒲及2%的橄榄粗提液对淡色库蚊雌蚊的驱避率分别为81.2%、80.4%和78.2%,均具有良好的驱避效果,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但20%的薄荷粗提液与各种浓度的荆芥或苍耳粗提液之间的驱避效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以来源丰富、价格便宜的薄荷驱蚊效果最好,具有较大的应用潜力。 Objective To evaluate the repellence of five plants against the female adults of Culex pipiens pallens. Methods Ethanol extractions of five plants were tested for repellence against the female adults of Cx. pipiens pallens with a "Y" olfactometer. Results The results showed that the effects of 20% Mentha hapiocalyx Briq. , Acorus tatarinowii Schott, 2% M. hapiocalyx, A. tatarinowii and Canavium album Raeuseh on the behavior of mosquitoes, 91.5%, 86.1%, 81.2%, 80.4%, 78.2%, respectively, were similar(P〉0.05). But the repellency of 20% M. hapiocalyx against mosquitoes was significantly stronger than any concentration of Xanthium sibiricum Patrin. or Schizonepeta tenuifolia (Benth.) Briq. (P〈 0.05). Conclusion The mint is a popular herb in China and shows greater potential to the control of mosquitoes.
