You Yi＇s Understanding of Jin Kui Yao Lue is an important reference work for the studying of Jin Kui Yao Lue. Its academic achievements are as follows： it explained Jin Kui in detail, thus opens a door for the scholars after that; the author racked his brain and brought the profound mystery of Zhongjing＇s work to light; it referred to a lot of other scholars＇views, and followed the incisive and brilliant ones; it learned from former people, but didnt rigidly adhere to them, and dared to doubt whether they were true or not; it explored the hidden meaning of Jin Kui, and explained the prescriptions in it ingeniously.
