摘要
采用植物组织培养技术进行栝楼试管苗快速繁殖,以药用植物栝楼的腋芽为外植体.在改良的MS培养基上进行丛生芽诱导、继代扩增和无根试管苗生根,可获得大量再生植株。
Axillary buds of Trichosunthes kirilowii were cultured on modified MS media, adventitious buds were induced, proliferated and rooted, and a large number of regenerated plantlets were obtained. Based on this study, a quick reproduction system of T. kirilowii has been established.
