摘要
[目的]观察甲宁方对肝阳上亢、血瘀痰凝证甲状腺功能亢进症的治疗效果。[方法]将临床诊断为甲状腺功能亢进症,中医证属肝阳上亢、血瘀痰凝证的患者31例纳入治疗组,给予甲宁方治疗,8周为1个疗程,进行治疗前后对照比较。[结果]甲宁方能有效改善患者三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺激素(T4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)等指标,治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。并且有促进甲状腺刺激抗体(TSAb)转阴的作用。[结论]临床观察表明甲宁方治疗肝阳上亢、血瘀痰凝证甲状腺功能亢进症疗效满意并具有改善甲状腺功能,调节免疫的作用,且无明显不良反应。
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Jianing（calming thyroid） Prescription in treating hyperthyroidism with hyperactivity of liver-yang and blood stasis and phlegm coagulation. [Methods] Thirty-one patients consisting with above diagnosis were enrolled into the treatment group treated with Jianing Prescription. After a treatment course of eight weeks the therapeutic effect was compared before and after therapy. [Results] Jianing Prescription could effectively improve the parameters T3, T4, FT3, FT4, TSH and so on in patients with significant difference before and after treatment（P〈0.05）. The prescription had also effeet of transforming the positive TSAb to negative. [Conclusions] Jianign Prescription has satisfactory effect in treating hyperthyroidism with hyperactivity of liver-yang and blood stasis and phlegm coagulation. It ean improve the thyroid function, regulate the immunology without adverse effect.
