摘要
PCB贴片安装后的SMT产品缺陷的机器视觉检测速度必须满足安装生产线的实时性要求,由于实际生产中缺陷率很低,所以本文提出了快速、准确进行AOI检测的两步法方案:先通过单个图像特征快速筛选出绝大多数合格产品,以减少对这些产品进行复杂检测的处理时间,同时保持零漏检;然后对未通过第一步检测的产品进行基于ANN的多特征复杂准确检测。实验证明了本方案的快速和准确性。
AOI for SMT products after PCB assembled must satisfy real time speed request of producing line. Considering low defects rates of SMT products, this paper proposed a fast and accurate two-stage approach. At first most normal samples are screened out by one image feature while keep no missing faults.Then multi image features are adopted as inputs of ANN for fine inspection. Experimental results show this approach is fast and accurate.
