摘要
近年来,随着遗传学、生物学和分子生物技术的发展及其在寄生虫学方面的应用,国内学者认为黑龙江省旋毛虫有2个种和1个分类地位尚未定的基因型。文章根据黑龙江省旋毛虫形态学、生物学、遗传学、分子生物学等方面表现的不同特性,对其分类学方面的研究加以综述。
2 species and 1 undefined genotype of Trichinella have been identified with the development and application of genetics,biology,molecular biotechnology in Hei Long-jiang Province, China. Different characters of above Trichinella species and genotype in morphology, geographical distribution, biology, biochemistry,genetics,immunology and molecular biotechnology were reviewed.
