摘要
目的:比较4种牙本质粘接剂对牙颈部非龋性硬化牙本质的粘接强度。方法:选择具有典型牙颈部非龋性硬化牙本质的新鲜离体牙32个,随机分为4组,分别用Prime&BondNT、Contax、XenoⅢ及ClearfilTRI-SBond4种粘接剂和复合树脂粘接,24h后制作微拉伸试件,测试微拉伸强度,扫描电镜观察断裂模式并进行分类。结果:4种粘接剂对非龋性硬化牙本质的微拉伸强度分别为:Prime&BondNT38.81±11.75MPa,Contax37.82±11.74MPa,XenoⅢ29.55±10.25MPa,ClearfilTRI-SBond38.63±12.17MPa,试件断裂多为混和破坏。结论:4种粘接剂对硬化牙本质粘接强度存在差异,XenoⅢ最低(p<0.01),其余3种粘接材料两两比较无显著差异(p>0.05)。
Objective: To evaluate the micro-tensile bond strengths (mTBS)of four adhesives to non-carious sclerotic dentine (NSD).Method: Thirty-two extracted human teeth with non-carious, natural cervical sclerotic lesions were randomly derided into four groups and bonded using four bonding agents, Prime&Bond NT (Dentsply), Contax (DMG), Xeno Ⅲ (Dentsply) and Clearfil TRI-S Bond (Duarary).Chrisma resin (Kulzer) was built up and then photo-polymerized. Matchstick-shaped samples through the bond interfaces were sectioned and then subjected to the microtensile bond test at a cross-head speed of 1.0mm/min.Result:The mTBS (Mpa) of Prime&Bond NT to NSD was 38.81±11.75,that of Contax 37.82±11.74, Xeno Ⅲ 29.55±10.25 and Clearfil TRI-S Bond 38.63±12.17.The fractured adheisive dentin surface was mainly a mixed failue mode.Conclusion: The micro-tensil bond strengths of four dentin adhesives to sclerotic dentin is different, the bond strengths of Xeno Ⅲ group was lower than the other three adhesives (P〈0.01).
