摘要
应用脊痛消胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后疼痛综合征３４例，并设对照组进行对照，结果两组有显著性差异，其治疗优良率治疗组明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）．通过临床研究和文献分析，对该综合征的发病机理进行了探讨，并提出了诊断要点及防治体会。
Thirty-four cases of postoperative pain-syndrome in lumbar intervertebral disc hernia were treated by 'JITONG XIAO JIAOVAVG' (Capsules for Spondylodynia), and compared with the control group. The results showed a significant difference of the treated group from the control and a higher excellent-good rate of the former than that of the latter (P< 0. 05). Through clinical study and literature analysis, the pathogenesis of the syndrome was discussed, and the main points for the diagnosis and the methods for the prevention and treatment were proposed.
