摘要
为了提高光纤光栅的温度和压力灵敏度系数以满足实用化对灵敏度精度的要求,对光纤光栅进行封装设计。得到封装后的光纤光栅温度和压力灵敏度系数分别为0.052nm/℃和0.8208nm/MPa,分别为裸光栅的5倍和273倍,且传感器的温度和压力响应与光栅反射波长成良好的线性关系。通过半个月的油气管线现场实验,测得光纤光栅温度压力传感器与油气管线的电类传感器的测量值符合得特别好,该温度和压力传感系统满足了温度和压力的实时测量。
To improve the sensitivity of temperature sensor and pressure sensor so that they are applicable, the fiber Bragg grating(FBG) temperature sensor and FBG pressure sensor are encapsulated. The temperature sensitivity of the FBG temperature sensor is 0. 052nm/℃ and the pressure sensitivity of the FBG pressure sensor is O. 8208nm/MPa from the experimental results. The temperature sensitivity and pressure sensitivity is 5.2 times and 273 times of that of bare FBG. The temperature and pressure response curve of FBG sensor is linear with reflective wavelength of FBG. After the FBG sensing system is used to detect the temperature and pressure of oil in pipeline about half month ,the experimental results are consistent with those of electric sensor. The FBG sensing system can be used in pipeline on-line measurement.
