摘要
针对环形喷动床采用旋转锥播料器对环形空间给料的方法,研究喷动风速和床上物料量对颗粒混合规律的影响。结果表明:对于环形喷动床,其轴向混合速度明显高于圆周方向混合速度。旋转锥播料器有效地改善了环形喷动床的混合性能,特别是在圆周方向上,混合速度提高了10倍;喷动风速的提高有助于提高混合速度,这种效果在轴向更加显著;此外,增加床上物料量有助于提高终态混合物的均匀性。
Aiming at rotating cone feeders used in annular spouted beds, the influence of spouting air velocity and the amount of hold-ups on particle mixing has been investigated. Results indicate that in annular spouted beds mixing in axial direction proceeds remarkably quicker than in circumferential direction; rotating cone feeders effectively improve mixing property of annular spouted beds, expecially in circumferential direction where mixing rate is boosted by as much as 10 times. Increasing spouting air velocity contributes to raising the mixing rate, especially pronounced in axial direction; moreover the mixtures final homogeneity increases with increasing stuff hold-ups.
