摘要
目的:探讨洁净手术室的有效运行管理方法,降低外科手术切口感染率。方法:通过人员、环境、运行和工作人员理念和工作态度等几方面对洁净手术室实施管理,对手术间洁净效果进行定期监测。结果:手术室空气培养均符合国家卫生标准,无菌手术切口感染率为0.03%。结论:科学、严谨的管理是确保手术室工作有效运行的关键。
Objective：To explore the effective management of operation theatre with laminar flow system （oR）,so as to reduce the infection rate of surgical incision.Methods：To operate the OR through several aspects in relation to person,environment,operation,the idea and attitude of medical staff, the clean effects were monitored regularly and periodicaUy.Results：The infection rate of surgical incision was 0.03% only and the culture resuits of the air were reaching for the regulation of the national health system.Conclusion：Strict and scientitlc management is the key to ensure the effective operating of operation theatre.
