摘要
采用单因素实验法,对僵蚕酶法水解的工艺条件进行了研究;分别考察了水解时间、温度、溶液的pH值、酶和激活因子CaCl2的加入量等条件对僵蚕水解度的影响.实验结果表明:僵蚕酶法水解较佳的工艺条件为水解时间7 h、水解温度为55℃、溶液的pH值为6.5、固液质量比(E/S)为1∶5、酶和CaCl2的加入量分别占底物的6%、和4%.在该工艺条件下,对僵蚕进行酶法水解,僵蚕的水解度为21.90%.
By using single factor experimental method, the optimal process conditions of the enzyme hydrolysis of Bombyx batryticatus, and the influences of the main parameters including hydrolytic time, hydrolytic temperature, pH value, enzyme mass, and CaCl2 mass on hydrolysis were investigated. The results show that the optimal process conditions are as follows:hydrolytic time,hydrolytic temperature,pH value,E/S,enzyme mass,and CaC12 mass are 7 h,55℃, 6.5,1 : 5, 0.06 g and 0.04 g per gram of substrate,respectively. Under the optimal process conditions, the hydrolysis degree of Bombyx batryticatus is 21.90%.
