摘要
猪传染性胃肠炎和猪流行性腹泻均是由冠状病毒引起,患病仔猪以呕吐、腹泻、脱水为特征。目前,对这两种病的预防和控制以接种疫苗为主。本文就各种疫苗近年来的研究进展进行了综述,并指出了研究中存在的问题以及未来展望,希望能为这两种传染病疫苗的进一步研究提供新的思路。
Swine Transmissible gastroenteritis （TGE） and porcine epidemic diarrhea （PED） are two kinds of highly contagious diseases caused by two members of the Coronaviridae respectively, characterized in piglets primarily with vomiting, watery diarrhea and dehydration. At present, vaccination is the main method to protect and control the diseases. This paper reviewed the progresses of vaccines of TGE and PED in recent years. We also briefly discuss the problems at present and developments in future and hope to provide some new ideas for further research.
