摘要
科学主义与人文主义作为两种在一定程度上相互对立的思潮有其各自独特的方法论意蕴。这种方法论上的差异形成为一种学术传统与文化背景,影响着包括行政学在内的各门科学的发展。在行政学研究历史上,传统公共行政时期的学者恪守科学主义的方法论传统,而新公共行政、新公共管理与新公共服务等时期的学者则不同程度地引入了人文主义的方法论,使科学与人文的整合成为一种趋势。中国行政学的发展要整合科学主义与人文主义方法,要求我们做到行政学研究方法的多元化,走出价值分析的绝对化和二元对立的误区,注重对影响人的非理性因素进行系统的分析,
As two different social viewpoints, seientism and humanism have different methodological meanings. The differences will inevitably affect the development of social sciences sinchding administration researches. In the history of administration researches, the traditional administrative school believes that the methodology of seientism is the only way,but the new administrative school,the new public management school and the new public service school believe that a humanism visual angle in administrative researches is necessary. We should merge scientism and humanism in Chinese administration researches. So,we should try different kinds of methodologies in administrative researches, set up dialectical sense, pay attentions to non - rational factors in administrative practices.
