摘要
通过对某型内燃机车主传动表面硬化齿轮齿面损伤断口的宏观、金相和扫描电镜分析及点蚀与剥落的强度计算,研究了硬化齿面早期损伤失效的原因。
he this article analyzes the cause of early damage failure of hardened gear surface that the gear was used in the principal transmission system of certain type of diesel locomotive, by means of macro,metallograph and scnning electron microscope analysis on damage fracture of tooth surface of hardening gear wheel and strength calculation of pitting and spalling.
