摘要
薄壁耐热钢托盘属于典型的筐架结构型铸件,要求其有较高的耐热性、耐热冲击及抗裂能力。采用不同铸造工艺方案,根据其存在的问题,通过分析产生的原因,利用“铸造过程模拟优化集成系统软件CASTsoft精铸CAE软件,”对浇注系统进行模拟分析,在新产品开发和质量改进活动中,保证在生产实践中避免缩孔和缩松缺陷,不断改进工艺,获得了优质铸件。
The tray is a typical frame-shaped casting, it should have the abilities of heat-resistance, heat impact-resistance and crack-resistance through using different technologies and improving the technologies, make a simulated analyze on pouring system through CAST soft, investment casting CAE software. By this way, we can be sure of not bring out shrinkage holes and shrinkage porosities during the activity of new products developing and quality improvement, the good castings with nigh quality have been obtained.
