摘要
晶粒细化是一种提高高温合金低周疲劳性能的有效方法,因而细晶铸造技术成为高温合金的重要研究方向。本文简要介绍了动力学法晶粒细化技术的原理和特点,综述了动力学法晶粒细化技术的工艺方法及其在高温合金中的国内外研究现状,对高温合金动力学法晶粒细化技术的发展前景进行了展望。
The grain refining is an effective method to increase low-cycle fatigue life of super-alloy, so the fine grain casting technology becomes the main research field of cast super-alloy. In this paper, the principle and characters of dynamic refining technology were briefly introduced, and the dynamic refining technology and its application in the super-alloy were reviewed, and the development of super-alloy dynamic refining technology was predicted.
