摘要
为满足光纤传感对半导体激光器温度控制的要求,设计了半导体激光器数字温度控制系统。介绍了半导体激光器数字温度控制系统的工作原理,针对被控对象的特点,建立和分析了系统的数学模型,并采用双闭环串级调节系统结构的方法,设计了系统的硬件结构,介绍了软件实现方法。实验结果表明使用数字温度控制系统可以使LD的输出波长偏差小于0.01 nm。该系统可以满足光纤传感等领域对半导体激光器温度控制精度和稳定性的要求。
To meet the requirements of temperature controlling of laser diode for optical fiber sensor, laser diode digital temperature control system is designed. The principle of laser diode digital temperature control system is introduced. Aiming at the characteristics of controlled object, the mathematical model of the system is constructed and analyzed. By adopting the method of dual-closed-loop cascade control system, the structure of system hardware is designed and the implementing measure of software is introduced. Results of experiment indicate that the deviation of LD's output wavelength can be controlled to less than 0.01 nm. The control system meets the requirements the accuracy and stability of LD's temperature control in the area of optical fiber sensors.
