摘要
在硫酸介质中加入钼酸铵,使正硅酸与之形成硅钼杂多酸,在草酸存在下,用4-甲基戊酮-〔2〕萃取使微量硅与基体分离,在0.4mol/L的盐酸介质中用混合还原剂在有机相中使硅钼黄还原为硅钼兰。在波长680nm处测定吸光度,硅量在0.2~20μg范围内服从比尔定律。
Adding molybdic ammonia in sulphuric acid medium to form silicomolybdic acid combined by silicic with it; under the condition of oxalic acid existence, using of 4 methylpentanone 2 extracting to separate microelement si from matrix; suing of mixed reductor in 0 4 mol/l hydrochloric acid medium to reduce to (4∶10∶2∶1)Silicomolybdic acid from (2∶12∶1)silicomolybdic acid in organic phase. To determine absorbance at wave length of 680nm, the Si content in range of 0 2 20 ug observant of Beer's law.
