摘要
选择特级煅烧焦宝石熟料(简称特级煅焦)微粉、α-Al2O3微粉为主要原料,加入适量添加剂,以木粉和聚苯乙烯塑料球为烧失物,采取可塑法成型、反应烧成、切磨加工等工艺手段,试制出了低成本、高性能的以莫来石为主晶相的直接舍成莫来石轻质砖。在淄博赛码公司1450℃梭式窑上作为内膛耐火材料使用,替代了进口产品,效果良好。
Selecting special class fine powder of burned hard clay chamotte gron, α Al 2O 3 fine powder as main material and selecting wood powder and polystyrene plastic ball as burning out admixture, through the process method of plastic shaped, reaction burning and cutting grinding, etc, the direct synthetic mullite light brick, which is low cost, high quality and mullite as main crystaline phase, is developed. Through use in shuttle kiln with 1450℃ as inne wall refractory material, it has been roved that this brick can replace of import product and has good efficiency.
