摘要
对与图书馆法相关的三个文件(《省(自治区、市)图书馆工作条例》、《中国科学院文献情报工作条例》、《普通高等学校图书馆规程(修订)》)的性质进行了界定,并提出了修改建议。
The character of three files related to library law is defined in the paper, which are included as follows：Provincial or Municipal Libraries Work Regulation , Documental Information Service Regulation of Chinese Academy of Sciences and General Academic Library Regulation （ Revised Edition）, and further amendment on them is suggested.
