摘要
黄海钢铁有限公司３０ｔ电炉采用第四孔与全封闭大罩相结合排烟、负压下进风大型布袋除尘器除尘的烟气净化工艺，并采用变负荷调速、ＰＬＣ控制等多项先进技术，取得良好的排烟除尘效果，完成了排烟除尘、隔热降温、消声降噪、安全生产的综合治理。
Through making use of a lot of advanced technology included of removing flue gas combined by fourth hole with great close hood, inlet air under negative pressure, dust cleaning used of great type bag collector, regulationg speed with changing load and PCL control, etc, the good removing flue result is get and the complex adinistrations contained of removing flue gas and dust cleaning, hot isolation and decreased temperature, noise elimination and safety operation are achieved.
