摘要
低高度浮选柱将射流引入浮选柱,采用下导管内紊流碰擅矿化、外部柱体静态分离的分选机理,矿化时间缩短,浮选速度加快,节省药剂.用低高度浮选柱选别铜矿石的试验表明,一段选别指标相当于现场八段指标,且富集比高,可有效选别细粒嵌布的低品位矿石。
The separating principle is used of colliding mineralization in lower conducting pipe and static separation of external column when injecting flow is introduced into floatation column by low height floatation column.It can shorten of mineralization time,increase of floatation speed and save of agent.The testing of separating copper ore made use of low height floatation column expresses that separating indexes in first section are equal to eighth section indexes in the field.This equipment has high concentrated rate and able to concentrate of low quality ore.
