介绍了标准组件电极把持器的主要构造．计算了其压放装置及导电接触元件的主要工作参数。与传统的把持器进行对比，总结了采用标准组件把持器的优点。
Abstract The paper introduces main constitution of standard electrode holde assembly,calculates primary working parameters of the pressing and falling device.Standard electrode holder assembly has an advantage over that of tradition.
