摘要
在1800kVA电炉中用铁矾土冶炼硅铝铁合金的实践表明,生产含A128一33%、Si30—35%的硅铝铁合金效果最佳,冶炼电耗为9976kWh/t.硅、铝回收率分别达到80.59%和82.44%,炉况易控制.炉底没有明显上涨。
Abstract The practice of smelting Fe-Si-Al alloy with ferric alumine in a 1800kVA electric furnace shows that the result is' the best to produce Fe-Si-Al alloy containing Al 28-33%,Si30-35%; electric power consumption is 9976kWh/t;silicon and aluminium recoveries are respectively 80.59% and 82.44%; the furnace condition can be easily controlled; and the furnace bottom has not obviously raising.
