小儿腹痛超声诊断的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨超声在小儿腹痛病因诊断中的应用价值。方法在2005年1—12月来本院超声科检查的小儿腹痛患者中随机抽取600例超声诊断报告,对其诊断结果进行总结分析。结果476例患者超声诊断为阳性结果,124例患者超声诊断为阴性结果,阳性率为79.4%(476/600)。结论超声对于明确小儿腹痛的原因具有很高的应用价值,对于临床诊断和治疗具有很大的帮助。
