摘要
雅砻江是金沙江的最大支流,水力资源十分丰富。雅砻江干流开发方案共拟定21个梯级,总装机容量约3000万kW。根据国家电网交直流特高压骨干网架规划,本文主要研究两河口、锦屏一级、二级、官地、桐子林梯级电站的输电方案。研究认为:锦屏一级、锦屏二级和官地二个电站大部分电力规划外送至华东和重庆地区,少部分供应四川电网;桐子林、两河口电站,将在满足四川电网负荷需求的前提下,与其它电站协调参与川电外送。雅砻江流域梯级水电开发在我国西电东送和全国能源资源优化配置中将发挥重要的作用。
As the largest tributary of Jinsha river, Yalong river is abundant in hydropower resources. Twenty one casecades are planned along Yalong river and the total installed capacity is about 30000MW. In accordance with the planning of the State Power Grid of the super high vohatage power transmission line, the power transmission scheme for Yalong river hydropower stations Lianghekou, Jinping Ⅰ , Jinping Ⅱ , Guandi and Togzilin is studied in this paper. It shows that most power of cascade stations Jinping Ⅰ , Jinping Ⅱand Guandi should be transmitted to Eastern China, and the rest part could be transmitted to Chongqing and Sichuan province; the power of Tongzilin and Lianghekou could mainly be supplied to the local Sichuan grid and partly be transmitted to other part of China through Sichuan grid. The hydropower development of Yalong river will play an important role in the implementation of "west power-to-east" strategy and the optimal allocation of energy resouces in China.
