摘要
交通拥挤问题是目前城市社会系统面临的日益严重的问题之一。本文通过对可变工作制、道路拥挤收费、合乘车和电子办公等交通需求管理政策的实施情况和评价指标进行总结论述,证明了从控制交通需求入手,对交通需求进行合理控制和引导,是解决城市交通供需矛盾的根本方法,对于我国推广交通需求管理策略的实施和研究有一定的借鉴意义。
Traffic congestion is one of the problems that urban society system has to face. This paper studies several TDM strategies, such as alternative work schedules, congestion pricing, ridesharing and telework etc. , following the description of the evaluating indexes. With the introduction, it finds that controlling and inducing the traffic demand is the basic method to solve the conflict between the supply and demand of the urban transportation system. And it is very useful for our country to generalize the study and implementation of TDM strategies.
