摘要
应用YAG激光隧道式烧灼下鼻甲、配合He—Ne激光穴位照射治疗单纯性、肥厚性、变态反应住鼻炎，经随访6月至5年余98例，有效率83．67％．云南地处高原，虽气候较温和，但昼夜温差大，县云南植物及花粉种类繁多，所以患慢性鼻炎或变态反应性鼻炎患者较多。采用这种治疗方法，不仅起到激光治疗的作用，同时可起到针灸治疗样的效果。此种方法简便、省时、安全、无出血、对正常组织及功能无影响，术后反应轻，近期疗效满意，是一种有效的治疗慢性鼻炎的方法．
Aided with He-Ne laser point - radiation therapy, YAG laser tunnel cauterization was performed in the infraturbinal to treat 98 patients who suffered from simple, hypertrophic or allergic rhinitis.The period of follow-up varied from 6 months to 5 years, revealing an effective rate of 83.67%. Situated on a plateau, Yunnan province possesses a mild climate, but is exposed to a sharp difference in temperature betwenn day and night.A great variety of plants and pollens, in addition,find more and more preys with chronic or allergic rhinitis.This method incorporates the effects from both laser and acupuncture therapies.Simple in operation,economical of time and safe without blood bleeding,it fully deserves, for chronic rhinitis, and effective therapy,which causes no disturbance to normal tissue and its function,but produces a recent satisfartory effect with only a slight postoperative reaction.
