摘要
本文报道了以霍乱弧菌越冬机理研究为目的:进行霍乱弧菌实验性越冬体分离培养基的研制。秋冬季在外环境水体中的霍乱弧菌由于受到寒冷等恶劣刺激,菌体发生改变。这时很难应用常规分离方法培养成功,给霍乱病原监测带来困难。本实验从激活酶系统,提高酶活性,改善代谢水平,补充与酶活性有关的辅酶和辅基以及加入生长刺激物质,维持高渗环境的方法分离培养取得成功。使肌吐高渗多胨琼脂培基的分离率达53~73%,而对照的庆大霉素琼脂培养基仅13%。
In order to study the mechanigm of over witer of V.Cholera,the preparation of the mediam for isolating the simulated samples of V.Cholera in witer condition was carried out.V.cholra was difficult to isolate in winter season because of the bacterium might be changed in biological characteristics due to the cold stimulation.Some substances related to the activities of enyyme such as coeyymes,prosthetic groups and growth stimulating substances were supplemented into the medium and maintained high osmotic pressure condition as well.The isolating rate of this so called Hypertonic Carnosine Tween Medium (HCTM)was 53~73%,while the control-gentamicin medium was only 13%.
