摘要
基因表达式编程是近年来兴起的一种新型遗传算法。本文在基因表达式编程方法的基础上,提出一种改进的基因结构,用于挖掘给定的样本数据集中隐含的函数关系,并就其效率问题与原有方法进行了比较。
Gene Expression Programming is a kind of newly invented genotype/phenotype based genetic algorithm, it performs excellently on mathematic modeling. An ameliorative gene structure is present in this paper and is used to find out a function relationship from a big data set, the results show more accurate than conventional method.
