摘要
高等体育教育过程不仅是大学生身体素质的物质创造过程,也是未来社会所需人力资本的投资过程。这种投资手段具有直接、简便、收益高、效益持久、可操作性强的特点,是人力资本市场价格提升的基础。本文从高等体育教育生产过程的特殊性以及人力资本投资的优缺点进行论述。旨在为新社会发展时期转变高等体育教育过程重要性这一观念提供参考依据。
The process of physical education in colleges does not aim to improve body quality for undergraduates onty; it is an investment process for society in the future. The kind of investment method can enforce students value in human resource market and it has some advantages as the following： directness, convenience, high profit, permanent benefit and good maneuverability. The article aims to provide consult by discussing particularity, excellent and disadvantage of physical education process.
