摘要
反倾销法是美国实施贸易保护主义的重要措施之一,其理论支持之一就是掠夺性定价理论。分析研究表明,掠夺性定价行为在国内和国际市场环境下均无法切实实施,美国反倾销法具有明显的不合理性和贸易保护主义特征。
Antidumping law is one of the most important trade protection measures in the US, with the support of predatory pricing theory. Through the analysis of this paper, it is demonstrated that the US antidumping law is irrational and trade protectionism in nature, for its underlying theory---the predatory pricing can not be realized either in domestic or international market.
