摘要
以江苏省35所高校为调查对象,采用访谈法就各学校课外体育活动运作模式加以调查研究。结果显示,课外体育活动作为体育课程的重要组成部分受到了高度重视,目前高校课外体育活动形式主要有四种,即有组织的锻炼模式、俱乐部模式、大学生自组织运作模式和特定组织及功能运作模式中的体育竞赛模式与体育素质及运动能力测试模式。在调查的基础上分析了各模式的特点。
Using investigation method , the author does a research on the model of out-class exercise in college in Jiangsu province and finds that the out-class exercise is playing an important role in the works of the college, and there are four model in college , the organized exercise model , club model , college student running model and fitness test and contest model. The author also analyzes characteristics of each model.
